Normally I kind of avoid Dick's Sporting Goods. However, the Dubuque Dick's Sporting Goods is a really nice and gracious store. The employees are super great and have been extremely helpful each time I go in. So much so, I become a Score Card member. All because of the Dubuque location.

Went in to ask some questions about outdoor items. The guy who helped me I think his tag said Tyler was one of the most helpful people I've dealt with before. He was very knowledgeable and seemed motivated to help me as much as he could.

Bodies willis Dubuque iowa location Dicks Store, my name is Robert Streauslin customer that frequents the Dicks store 2 or 3 times a month , your 5 star employee is very easy to recognize and high lighted Kodie willis goes above and beyond measures to make sure the customer is completely happy while shopping at the store, Bodies is very tentative to the customer needs , IF the store the customer is shopping at does not have the size or correct color Kodie will help the customer make a purchase on Dicks sporting goods website, today I was at the Dubuque location I wanted to buy a titliest golf bag a specific color white,) the location had navy blue, or Black , my heart was really set on white , I talked to kodie and told him of my disappointment that the Dicks in dubuque iowa didn't have white, and that i was going to try a few other golf outlets instead of just buying another color that I simply was not thrilled about, Kodie eagerly suggested to let him check Dicks sporting goods on line , Sure enough Kodie found a white one exactly what I wanted, I told Kodie I'm not all that good with computers , he replied no problem I will do all the work for you which he did we finished and Kodie said politely your titliest white golf bag will be at your house on Thursday, GREAT JOB KODIE WILLIS OURSTANDING YOU ARE DEFINITELY A ASSET TO DICKS SPORTING GOODS DUBUQUE IOWA THANK YOU ROBERT

Needed a pair of sneakers. Went early in the morning. Great customer service in the shoe department. Needed to try on several brands and sizes. It was no issue. Found a new brand for me. Brooks appears to be a great brand.
